Alan Landers, MHRD

Alan Landers, MHRD, is President and CEO of the OD & Change Leadership Group, a global consultancy with consultants across the United States and partners in five countries. He has over forty years of experience in the fields of Organization Development and Human Resources Development. Prior to founding the OD & Change Leadership Group, Alan was a senior consultant with University Associates, a premier global OD and Training consultancy. He is an expert in planning and leading strategic change interventions, culture transformations, and employee involvement and engagement projects to increase organization effectiveness and adaptability.
In 2018, Alan established a partnership with the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management to create and deliver a global certificate program in OD and Change Leadership. His client list includes many Fortune 500 companies among them are General Motors, AT&T, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Dun & Bradstreet, Texas Instruments, and HJ Heinz. Alan has consulted with government agencies, hospitals, universities, manufacturers, nonprofits, and financial institutions domestically and abroad.
His executive-level seminars have been offered at universities across the country, including Southern Methodist, Auburn, Washington State, Michigan State, Texas A&M, Northwestern, and others. He also designed and delivered webinars on Becoming a Successful Consultant for the Institute for Management Consultants.

Sandra Martinez, MS
VP, Certificate Program
Sandra Martinez holds a MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University. She is an I/O Practitioner with experience in Organizational Learning and Development, having worked to design and implement training programs across a variety of industries. She has facilitated training interventions with diverse groups on a wide range of topics, including safety, respect, customer service, leadership development, and emotional intelligence. Sandra has worked on a number of consultation projects developing and administering assessment tools and led change initiatives involving culture, engagement, workflow management, employee wellness, and corporate social responsibility. Sandra is an active member of SIOP, the Association for Talent Development, as well as various non-profit organizations in the San Diego area. Her professional interests include: organizational culture, professional development, employee well-being, leadership, and organizational development.
