Jenny Darroch, Dean
Drucker Graduate School
Jenny Darroch is the dean of the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management. Her research and teaching interests sit at the marketing and innovation interface. In this capacity, she has examined a macroeconomic policy that fosters innovation; behaviors and practices within organizations that lead to more innovative outcomes; and the definition of innovation itself.
Jenny is deeply interested in Drucker’s work on a functioning society and inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for 2030. She is using her interest in macroeconomic policy, innovation systems, and human capital to examine how organizations and economies can be more innovative, but in a sustainable way.

Jay Prag, Ph.D.
Drucker Graduate School
Jay Prag is the faculty director of the Certificate Program in Organizational Development and Change Leadership. Dr. Prag has been teaching at the Drucker School of Management since 1986. He serves on the board of directors of LINC Housing, a nonprofit low-income housing developer in Long Beach. He also served on the Board of Directors of Mt. San Antonio Gardens in Claremont and was actively involved in many business startups.
Dr. Prag has won numerous teaching awards in his years at The Claremont Colleges. He also served as academic director for the Executive MBA and the Financial Engineering programs at the Drucker School.

Leslie Solomon, Ph.D.
Executive Consultant
Leslie has over 25 years of experience maximizing the human potential for growth, improved performance and meaning in work. She has extensive experience and expertise in healthcare leadership development, talent management, quality process improvement, change and transformation. In addition to her work with healthcare executives, Leslie is a sought-after keynote speaker on topics including interpersonal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, team performance, and organizational culture. Leslie was former VP of Culture and Talent Planning for Palomar Health, with oversight on performance management, talent development, culture integration and leadership development. Leslie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from Saybrook University.

Bruce Griffiths, M.A.
President, OSI
Bruce is President/Senior Consultant at Organization Systems International. OSI has been providing management and organizational development services to an international client base since 1980. Headquartered in San Diego and staffed through a globally distributed network of seasoned consultants, OSI provides a custom mix of science and art to furnish unique solutions for clients. OSI’s core competence is a blend of industrial/organizational psychology and organizational development, grounded in research and cognizant of the realities of the workplace. Bruce has 40 years of experience in leadership selection and development with deep expertise in competency modeling, assessment centers, coaching, leadership training and business simulations.

Sue Stevenson B.Ed.
Global Executive Coach
Sue is the founder of Lifted Fog LLC, a Global Executive Coaching and Consulting practice that focuses on facilitating positive change through brain-based coaching and consulting. Sue incorporates the latest research in neuroscience and positive psychology in her practice. She gained her Coach Credentials at The Hudson Institute of Coaching & NLI. She also completed executive programs at INSEAD and Harvard, as well as Berkeley and is a Certified C-IQ Coach. She offers the “Take the Leap” program for those ready to become independent practitioners in OD and Coaching. Sue is a Lead Facilitator and Executive Coach at The NeuroLeadership Institute. Sue is also a host and IM Facilitator for the World Business and Executive Coach Summit and Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) Ambassador. She was recently a Judge for Chief Learning Officer’s 2016 Learning Elite/ PEAK Awards and Race4Good.

Joe Weinbrecht, M.S.
Business Executive
Joe Weinbrecht is a business executive and consultant with over 40 years of broad corporate management experience. He specializes in the financial services industry focused primarily in training, management & leadership development, OD, mergers & acquisition integration, IPO implementation and HR. He has served as senior manager of all internal corporate administrative services, corporate planning and marketing. He is a valued mentor and coach having worked with small business and start-ups entrepreneurs through an executive coaching program he initiated at San Diego State University.
Joe completed a Master of Science degree in HR & OD from the University of San Francisco. Joe completed the Leadership Program at the University of Southern California and the Executive Development Program at the University of Washington. He is a past committee and board member of the American Financial Services Association and the University of North Carolina Executive Management Program at Chapel Hill.
